2020 GOTV Plan of Action

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE GOTV

The Houston Black American Democrats know how to GOTV!

In 2018, H-BAD hosted a strong GOTV that included sending a mail piece to 30,000 homes (each home had 2+AA voters), radio ads on 92.1 Radio Now, 97.9 The Box, and Majic 102.1, robo calls to thousands of Houstonians, Facebook advertisement that reached over 20,000 people, poll workers at over 25 different poll sites, and block walking.

This year, our program will include the following:

Radio ad program

Digital campaign

Polls

(cover 7 polls every day of early voting and 20 on Election Day)

Campaigns

One Vote, One Voice

The Houston Black American Democrats wants to Educate, Empower and Engage black voters in our community in order to make our collective voices heard!
